From the Nashville Scene, Critics' Picks,
February 9, 2006:

Canadian artist Kinsella was in last summer’s Eponymous group show at Zeitgeist; her assemblages of emu eggs, velvet and lace stood out as the most exquisite objects on display. The summer sampler shows always introduce a few artists we see later on in more depth, and this year Kinsella is coming back to town for a full-fledged show. Ruby Green will pair her with Mariah Johnson, who grew up in Arkansas and has an interest in storytelling and narrative. Her paintings incorporate fabric and the images of Southern domesticity. In one series, she arranges stacks of colorful bed sheets and pillowcases to create sculptural forms reminiscent of abstract paintings. -- David Maddox
